1 · Who we are and what this covers
SalesRepFielder is a commission-statement tool for QuickBooks Online, operated by Dire Syzygy. This policy covers the marketing site at salesrepfielder.com and the application at app.salesrepfielder.com.
The short version: we collect the minimum needed to compute and deliver commission statements from your QuickBooks Online data. We don't run ads, we don't sell data, and we don't share it with anyone except the infrastructure providers listed below.
2 · What we collect, and why

3 · The QuickBooks connection
SalesRepFielder connects to QuickBooks Online through Intuit's official OAuth flow. You grant access explicitly; we receive tokens scoped to reading your accounting data. We use data obtained through Intuit's APIs only to provide SalesRepFielder's features to you — statements, the auditor, and the journal entries you post. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, model training, or anything else, and our access and use comply with Intuit's developer terms and policies.
- Disconnecting your QuickBooks company — from inside the app or from Intuit's connected-apps page — revokes our access and we delete the tokens.
- We never see your QuickBooks password. Authorization happens on Intuit's site.
4 · Where your data lives
The application and its database run on Render, in the United States. The static site and content delivery run on Cloudflare. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS), and OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest.

That's the full list. If it changes, this page changes first.
5 · Retention and deletion
- We keep your data while your account is active, because the product needs it to work.
- Disconnect QuickBooks → tokens are revoked and deleted immediately.
- Full deletion → email support@salesrepfielder.com and we delete your account and its data. We confirm when it's done.
- Billing records may be retained where the law requires it (tax and accounting obligations), and only for that purpose.
- Marketing list: unsubscribe removes you.
6 · No selling, no sharing
We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising or "with partners." The only parties that touch it are the subprocessors above, and only to run the service. If a law-enforcement or legal demand ever compels disclosure, we disclose only what the law requires.
7 · Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop marketing email. Email support@salesrepfielder.com; we respond to every request and don't charge for it. If your local law (for example the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California) grants you additional rights, we'll honor those requests too, to the extent they apply to us as a small operator.
8 · If you're a sales rep on a statement
Your name, email, and commission figures were put into SalesRepFielder by the business that pays you. You receive statement links; you have no account with us. Questions about the numbers go to that business. Questions about the data itself — or a deletion request — can come straight to support@salesrepfielder.com.
10 · Children, changes, contact
Children. SalesRepFielder is a business tool and not directed at anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect children's data.
Changes. If this policy changes materially, we update the effective date above and notify account holders by email before the change takes effect.
